Kevin Bailey suffered the amputation of his right leg at the hip and injuries to his left leg after being caught in a rotating shaft. During his rehabilitation process, Kevin discovers that other injured workers have stories similar to his; each person's injury involved some type of shortcut or carelessness. Video includes interviews with Kevin, his family, his employer and the EMTs and doctors who worked with him.
