This presentation documents the consequences of poor safety practices. Kevin Bailey suffered the amputation of his right leg at the hip and injuries to his left leg after being caught in a rotating shaft. During his rehabilitation process, Kevin discovers that other injured workers have stories similar to his; each person's injury involved some type of shortcut or carelessness. Video includes interviews with Kevin, his family, his employer and the EMTs and doctors who worked with him.
