This two-tape set is for supervisors and employees. For supervisors, the program shows how to control an accident scene, how to collect evidence, how to interview witnesses, and how to take corrective action (24 min.). A separate video for employees encourages them to open up during investigations, and explains that the objective is to prevent further accidents, a goal that's in their interest, too.
