Topics include: defining and identifying sexual harassment and offensive behavior; preventing sexual harassment from occurring and improving workplace morale and productivity; and taking appropriate action against sexual harassment.

This program approaches the issue through the perspective of the victims, highlighting the negative impact on employee morale and empowering employees to speak against it. There's more to the cost of sexual harassment than the monetary penalties and this program drives home just that. Topics include: the negative impact of sexual harassment, the importance of understanding the perspective of others, how to avoid unintentional harassment, and the need for victims to speak up.

This program uses an interview with a convicted perpetrator as well as dramatization to communicate the impact of this problem. Also includes consistency of the perpetrator profile; clear behavioral warning signs; typical co-worker responses to perpetrator behavior; and concrete steps to manage incidents and prevent violence.
