Our program’s consultation services are available to small, privately owned businesses in the state of Idaho. OSHA defines a small business as having 250 employees or less in a single location with a maximum of 500 overall, or up to 500 employees in multiple locations (including out-of-state).
We can offer limited services to larger companies, but please note that our mandated set of priorities would place you at the bottom of our consultation visit list.
We can’t offer our services to state, federal, or local government agencies.

If you would like to request an onsite consultation visit, complete the Consultation Request Form and return it to us. Once your request has been processed (we’ll call if we have questions), you will receive an information packet in the mail. This is your confirmation that you are in line for a visit. When a consultant has room in her or his schedule to visit you, you will be contacted directly to set up a day and time that works for both of you.
Please be patient! Given the nature of our work, the number of requests we receive, and the amount of travel our consultants do, it will probably take us several months to get to you.
